Whether you can get a Zen Card, which is the Visa Infinite debit card, depends on your country of residence. Currently, we can only offer cards in a select number of countries:

Zenus Visa cards will be automatically issued in our licensed countries. Including:  Argentina, Armenia, Bahamas, Belize, Bermuda, Cayman Island, Chile, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, Hong Kong, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kuwait, Mauritius, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Seychelles, Singapore, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Taiwan, Tanzania, Turks and Caicos Islands (UK), Uganda, Uruguay, US, Vanuatu, Vietnam and Virgin Islands (UK).

Bank accounts in the following countries are not yet available with virtual or physical debit cards: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malaysia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Morocco, Netherlands, Nigeria, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, UAE (United Arab Emirates) and United Kingdom.

Yes, you can manage your virtual debit card using our apps or online banking.

They provide the option to see your card details, security code and to activate or block your card. We will use your voice or facial ID to authorize this access. 

To get to these settings from the app you need to:

Log in to the Zenus app, swipe your bank account "card" to the left to show your virtual card.  Select the three dots icon to access the controls to block your card or view your card details. 

To block your card select "Lock Card". You will then see a message and you can then select "Lock Card".

To activate or lock your card select "View Card Details" and "Settings". You will then see 3 options: "Switch", "Activate" and "Lock Your Card". You will then see a message and you can then select "Lock Card".

Once approved, you can use your virtual card before you receive your physical card. Please note that your Zenus Bank debit card is primarily a digital card, so you can start using your card for online purchases and payments as soon as your account is active. You will only receive a physical card if you request it.

Virtual cards do not need to be activated manually, once the account is approved it is ready to use.

You can find your virtual card details in the Zenus app and online banking.


To view your card details:

  • Log in to your account,
  • Slide or click your bank account overview to the left and you'll see your virtual card,
  • Tap the three purple dots located in the top right corner of the black card, 
  • Select View Card Details on the pop-up screen,
  • Click the switch button next to "Show details" which will allow you to see your account number.


Once you are in, for security, you will have 25 seconds to copy the information, if you need more time to get the information just repeat the process.

At the moment it's only possible to have one virtual debit card and one physical debit card with your Zenus membership. They have different card details but are both linked with the same Zenus Bank account.
