It isn't currently possible to purchase, hold, or sell cryptocurrencies using your Zenus account, but this is a feature we are working on.
 
Eventually, you will be able to send and receive payments to regulated crypto exchanges. In the case of receiving payment from crypto exchanges, you will have to provide supporting documents that show the amount and the exchange rate of the cryptocurrency on both the date of purchase and sale.

Zenus uses institutional bank rates for currency exchange. We charge a small mark up dependent on whether the transaction is made during or outside market hours. Please read our Charges and Fees page for the latest information.

Currently, Zenus Bank does not send rate alerts. We only check the exchange rate at the moment of transaction.
